We want every homeowner who reaches out to Widompanel Tree Service to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Widompanel Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@widompanel.bond and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
