Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use widompanel.bond. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Widompanel Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. If work happens on your property, an independent provider does it, not Widompanel Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Reach out to your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Staying Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Widompanel Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or has no mistakes.
